Ingredients: Rice flour, native starch (potato, tapioca, maize pea protein isolate, emulsifier (450), vegetable gums (412,415), sat sodium bicarbonate, anticaking agent (551).
Empty 95g (half the packet) into a mixing bowl.
Add approximately 120ml of beer or water and mix until thick and smooth.
Stir in 2 cups (around 250g) of your favourite fritter ingredients — for a classic option, use one 410g can of drained whole kernel corn.
Heat a pan with a little butter and oil, then spoon in the mixture.
Cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
