Cut your chicken into desired pieces.
In a reusable container with a lid add a reasonable amount of Fogdog Shake & Bake.
Dip the cut chicken in some water before adding it to the container with the mixture.
Pop on the container lid and shake until the chicken is fully coated.
In a non-stick pan, heat some rice bran oil on high, when hot, add your chicken pieces, placing one at a time.
Turn the heat down to medium/high and cook the chicken on each side for 2 minutes or until cooked through. Add more oil as needed.
Combine all the dipping sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
Serve on a plate with the sauce. Enjoy!
