Melt butter with garlic in a warm (not hot!) pan or small pot.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the butter and stir, warming briefly over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add dill and stir through.
Batter and cook fish as per Fogdog packet instructions.
Drain battered fillets on paper towels and serve with choice of salad or sides. Drizzle sauce over the fish or serve on the side in a dipping bowl.
