When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 12 hours subject to all items in the cart being available
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email from us to check its status. If you haven’t received this email within 12 hours after placing your order, please contact us at info@thegourmetwarehouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Yes, we accept returns up to 2 days after delivery.
How do I return a damaged product?
Should a product in your order be damaged please email us as soon as possible at info@thegourmetwarehouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item for us to arrange a replacement product or refund.
